Carefully place the jewelry or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the invoice is included to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48 hours; simply hand over the sealed package and collect your pickup acknowledgment receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
